MUKUTUMA PALACE CONSTRUCTION PROGRESSING WELL.

Director of Housing and Social Services at the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development, Eng. Fanizani Phiri, paid a visit to the newly constructed Chief Mukutuma Palace. The palace, which is currently 61% complete, has been a significant development project in the area.
Eng. Phiri expressed his happiness with the progress. He commended the contractors for their diligence and commitment to delivering a quality project. The team was led by Eng. Mathias Phiri Lufwanyama Town Council Director Engineering Services and other officials from the provincial office.
The construction is being supervised by Lufwanyama Town Council a significant development for the local community. The palace will serve as a symbol of traditional leadership and cultural heritage, while also providing a functional space for the chief and his council.
Director Phiri’s visit demonstrated the Ministry’s commitment to supporting local development projects. The Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development is working to improve the lives of citizens by providing essential infrastructure and services.
