Madison Insurance Company Zambia Limited has visited Lufwanyama Town Council to raise awareness on the Madison GRZ Funeral Scheme, highlighting its importance and the benefits it offers to public service employees and their families.
The sensitization program was aimed at educating civil servants on how the Madison GRZ Funeral Scheme provides financial and emotional relief to bereaved families during times of loss. The outreach forms part of Madison Insurance’s commitment to bringing insurance services closer to people and ensuring that beneficiaries fully understand the products available to them.
During the engagement, Madison Insurance officials explained that the GRZ Funeral Scheme is designed to offer timely financial support to help cover funeral related expenses following the death of a member or their immediate family. The scheme ensures dignity in burial while reducing the financial burden that families often face during bereavement.
The officials further outlined key benefits of the scheme, which include quick claims processing, clearly defined benefits, and nationwide coverage, allowing members to access support. The support range from parents covering, children and extended family such as uncles and aunties.
